Bookings, Eligibility & Liability
8. Eligibility to Fly
- Minimum age: as per operational and insurance norms (generally 5–6 years), subject to instructor approval.
- Maximum weight limits apply based on aircraft capability, weather, and safety margins.
- Participants must be physically and mentally fit to undertake the activity.
- Pregnant women and individuals with serious heart conditions, epilepsy, recent fractures, or major surgeries are not permitted to fly.
- Final authority to allow or deny a flight rests solely with the Chief Instructor / Pilot-in-Command.
9. Booking & Payment Policy
- Bookings depend on weather, wind limits, and operational safety requirements.
- Advance/full payment may be required to confirm a slot.
- Prices can change without notice.
- GoPro/360° media services depend on availability and technical feasibility.
10. Weather & Safety Disclaimer
Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or cancelled due to unsafe conditions, airspace restrictions, or technical reasons. Safety always comes first.
11. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
- If Flying Safari cancels due to weather/safety: reschedule or refund after applicable deductions including 18% GST.
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or refusal to fly after briefing.
- No refunds if a flight is shortened/terminated for safety reasons.
12. Risk Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk
Paragliding and Paramotoring carry inherent risks. You voluntarily accept all risks and must sign a Liability Waiver and Declaration Form prior to flying.
13. Limitation of Liability
Flying Safari Pvt. Ltd., including directors, instructors, pilots, staff, landowners, and associates, is not liable for injury, loss of belongings, or delays/cancellations due to force majeure. Personal insurance is your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
14. Behaviour & Compliance
Non-compliance, intoxication, or misbehaviour may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
15. Photography & Media Usage
We may use photos/videos for promotional, marketing, and training purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, inform us in writing before the flight.
16. Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject exclusively to Pune, Maharashtra courts.

Do’s & Don’ts
DO’S
- Wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes.
- Pay attention to safety briefings.
- Follow instructions from pilots and ground crew.
- Maintain a calm, cooperative, and positive attitude.
- Inform staff of any medical conditions prior to flying.
- Keep hands and legs positioned as instructed during take-off and landing.
- Relax and enjoy the experience while trusting the instructor.
DON’TS
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before flying.
- Do not argue with safety-related decisions.
- Do not carry loose items such as phones or wallets unless properly secured.
- Do not touch equipment without permission.
- Do not panic, scream excessively, or make sudden movements.
- Do not attempt photography unless expressly permitted.
- Do not insist on flying if conditions are unsafe.
